Sweat Hero: Battle and Earn
Updated

The next phase of Sweat Hero is upon us! Battle and Earn — the way Closed Beta users can play against each other and earn Battle Coins (and therefore $SWEAT) — is here! Once this group is happy, we will start Open Rollout to 100% of you!
If you’re not familiar with Sweat Hero, take a look at our earlier blog post to learn more.

Battle and Earn basics
Over 5,000 Closed Beta users can now transfer SWEAT into Battle Coins. These coins can be used for wagers, and the winner takes all. It’s super simple:
Users can choose a Battle Coin wager, select play battle, and generate a unique play link. From there, they can send the link to a friend who they’ll battle against. Scores will be calculated and combined, and whoever has the highest score wins. The winner will take home the entire pot minus a 20% fee. Those winnings will go into the winner’s Battle Wallet, and they can be withdrawn to SWEAT or used to engage in more battles.

What it means for supply
During the Closed Beta, we’re testing this new feature. Once we’re sure that it’s scalable and stable, we will prepare for our Open Beta release. That’s right–we’re getting closer to launching Sweat Hero for all!
With Open Beta, you could make a significant impact on the token supply! Every battle you play will contribute to burning a portion of the wager.
By actively participating in the Open Beta and engaging in battles, you will directly contribute to the project becoming “Net Deflationary” within the next 12 months.
Ready to shape the future of the token? Answer the call and battle your friends.

What it means for you
If you have access to the Closed Beta, you can start wagering Battle Coins and play against your friends. If you don’t yet have access, keep an eye out for the launch of the Open Beta towards the end of the month. You’ll be able to access Sweat Hero, battle against your friends for Battle Coins, and get a non-minted NFT avatar!
