Sweat Hero launch plan

Sweat Hero, the NFT game played in Sweat Wallet, is launching! Sweat Hero is a head-to-head style game that allows users to compete in a step battle to win $SWEAT. The step battle is a combination of physical and virtual steps. Your virtual steps are determined by your gameplay skill, and the level of Legs NFT you use.

Below, you will find everything you need to know about the roll out process.

• Closed beta: For a limited number of users. Stay tuned, we will open a prize draw in the Sweat Wallet where you can win a ticket. Testing phase — users can’t win SWEAT yet, and are playing bots because there are too few players.
• Open beta: Legs NFTs will be distributed to all users gradually. Everyone can play with no initial costs. SWEAT can be played and won!

Closed beta

Beta testing is a normal part of product releases. When we’re releasing something as technical as a new game, we want to make sure it’s just right.

The first round of beta will be closed, which means that not everyone can test the game. We will keep the first round of testing to a few locations for speed, and ease of testing. It will also begin only with iOS devices, and move to Android afterwards, but before open beta.

For the closed beta, we have decided to offer access to our community via a prize draw in the Sweat Wallet. We think this is more fair than a sale — we want every member of our community to be able to share in the fun and contribution of this phase. Every user will be getting a free pair of Legs.

These Legs are technically not an NFT (they are not yet minted on-chain, nor are they tradeable). You will be able to convert it into a real NFT once you level up your Legs to Level 5.

Open beta

Open beta will take place in Q1 2023. Any user will get a free common NFT. Users will be able to play head-to-head, whereas in closed beta the limited number of users will make matchmaking difficult. At this stage, people will be able to play with their SWEAT (and win SWEAT in return!).

Legs rarity

• Common — prize draw for closed beta. Free and available for all in open beta after gradual distribution. The common NFT is not a real NFT in its most basic level, but users can level-up by gameplay. Limited amount of games per day, and a limited power in the game.
• Rare — higher energy (more games per day), and higher power.
• Epic — scarce, very high energy and power.

These are the three categories of Legs for now. While rarer NFTs will become progressively more expensive, the price alone does not determine the power of the NFT. Within each category there are levels from 1–10 that are achieved by gameplay success. We have designed it such that a common NFT at level 10 will be able to compete and win against a rare NFT of level 1.

Fine tuning

Users who win access to closed beta in the prize draw can then play Sweat Hero. Closed beta users may get contacted by the development team to participate in feedback sessions. We want this game to be as fun as possible — that’s why a round of feedback and testing is essential!

Next steps

Full rollout. We expect this game to become a massively popular, widely used game. Incoming game upgrades will include the level up ability, and the creation of secondary markets for the Legs NFTs!
