The time has come to unleash the full potential of your physical prowess and embark on an adventure like no other.

Following a successful Closed Beta phase, we are ecstatic to throw open the gates of Sweat Hero to all the valiant souls who possess a Sweat Wallet. (Mark your calendars, America, because on September 12, 2023, the battlegrounds will be open to you.) We’re gradually rolling out over the next few days, so if you don’t see the game yet, never fear! Check back soon and it’ll appear in your wallet.

What is Sweat Hero

Picture this: Battlers from all walks of life harness their physical might to engage in fierce combat against one another.

You all know our vision is to motivate the world to get walking, and Sweat Hero expands that vision by encouraging players to create a daily walking habit, inspiring the world to walk more, and rewarding players for increasing their physical activity.

Sweat Hero is built with sustainable tokenomics at its core: you’re not required to buy an NFT to access the game (unlike other move-to-earn applications).

Following our principle of transparency here at Sweat Economy, here’s how we monetize Sweat Hero:

With Sweat Hero, players enter for free and access a free Legs NFT. The more players engage in battle, the more Battle Fees we collect, and the more $SWEAT goes into the token sink, creating sustainable token economics.

In addition, your Legs NFT have limited Energy that depletes with each battle you play. You can either wait for it to regenerate over time, or watch a short advertisement to immediately get back in the game. This advertisement generates a small amount of revenue for Sweat Economy, which can be used to build even more features over time!

Here’s how to play:

If you already have the Sweat Wallet app, jump to Step 3 below. Steps 1 and 2 are for users who have Sweatcoin but do not have Sweat Wallet.

1. Download Sweat Wallet.
2. In the Sweat Wallet app, click “Login with Sweatcoin.” Then click the “Opt into crypto” button. Go through the registration process on the Sweatcoin app.
3. Open your Sweat Wallet app, click the “Start Playing” button from your home screen, and then click “Get started.”

3. Click through the “How does it work” screens and then click “Open Box” to claim your free Legs NFT, which is available to be minted at a later date.

4. Click through the tooltips and click on the “Finish” button to start playing.

5. Click on “Join Battle” to start the first of 3 bot battles.

6. After completing 3/3 bot battles, claim your 1,000 free Battle Coins.

7. Click “Join Battle” to open the Game Mode screen, then click on “Friends Battles”. Click through onboarding and tap on the “Start” button.

8. Tap on the screen to hit on the steps as they enter the step screen.

9. Select your wager and slide to create a battle. Then send the battle to your friend and wait for the results in your Battle Log.

11. When your friend is done, you will receive a notification. Tap the “Battles” button to see the result in the Battles section.

Turn on your notifications so you don’t miss when your battle call is answered.

Rules

• Each player is given a free Legs NFT with 3 Energy Points and a random NFT Power value. A player’s NFT power reflects their NFT’s ability and determines how much they receive from 1 perfect tap.
• Each player buys in with a minimum of 1,000 Battle Coins to start the game, and each battle consumes 1 Energy Point.
• Energy Points are recharged over time (it takes 1.5 hours to recharged 1 Energy Point), or they can be recharged by watching ads. 1 ad = 1 Energy Point.
• Scores are determined based on the number of perfect taps x that player’s NFT Power. For example, if their NFT Power is 50 and they get 100 perfect taps in one game, their final score will be 5,000.
• The winner will take home the entire pot minus a 20% fee, which will go to maintaining the health of the token. The winnings will go into the winner’s Battle Wallet, and they can be withdrawn from Battle Coins to $SWEAT (without a transaction fee), exchanged for rewards, or used to engage in more battles.

Upcoming improvements

During Closed Beta, players had access to a private Discord channel that allowed participants to share feedback and receive direct responses. We listened to your feedback, and soon, we’re simplifying the battle rules so your daily steps will boost your NFT Power.

Battlers can currently battle against their friends, and soon, Battlers can join the Arena to battle against available players with similar NFT Power.

You will have a chance to level up your NFT Power, evolve the look of your battle player, and increase your playing power by unlocking new levels.
